Claude Frazier III, a 34-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on November 20, 2023. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 6300 block of Meyers Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Frazier outside a building suffering from a gunshot wound.
