Antoine Emiko Higgins, a 35-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2018. He was fatally shot in the 3100 block of Ferncrest Court in the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Antoine was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the shooting, Cincinnati police launched an investigation and identified three suspects: Billy Dotson, 21, Tamyla Nelms, 22, and Jajuan Keith, 23. The suspects were believ ...
