Monty Montez Reid, Jr., a 27-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2022. He was shot and killed in Paddock Hills, Cincinnati, near the Cincinnati Fire Department's Station 9 on Reading Road. Monty was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in serious condition. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear, and the investigation is ongoing.
