On the evening of June 18, 2025, 18-year-old Deglin St. Clair was found shot on the 1700 block of Wesley Street in Wilkinsburg and rushed to UPMC Mercy, where he died a short time later. County detectives said they were called just before 5:30 p.m., and first responders discovered the wounded 18-year-old at the scene before medics transported him to the hospital.
