In the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the life of 21-year-old Quaylyn Carter of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. Wilkinsburg police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue at approximately 7:36 a.m. following a report of a deceased man inside a vehicle. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Carter, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
