On September 10, 2014, Lynneil Williams, a 31-year-old African American male from Penn Hills, was fatally shot while sitting in a booth at the Fireside Caribbean Restaurant in Wilkinsburg, PA. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m., and Williams was shot in the chest. He was immediately taken to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
