On February 3, 2020, at approximately 1 p.m., 23-year-old Kevin Hall, a Black male from Pittsburgh, was walking along Winton Street in Wilkinsburg with a 5-year-old relative. As they neared the intersection of Laketon Road and Winton Street, a white, four-door sedan, possibly a Toyota, approached them. A man with short dreadlocks, wearing a brown beanie, exited the vehicle and shot Hall multiple times. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Hall succumbed to his injuries. The child sustained ...
