Aquon Tillman, 17, a male from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, died on August 31, 2025, after being shot at the Solomon Homes public housing complex shortly before 7 p.m. He was Black/African American. He was transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, where he died in the operating room; the coroner later determined the cause of death was massive blood loss from gunshot wounds and ruled the manner of death a homicide. His obituary confirms his age, hometown, and date of death.
