Tevin Delante Sitton, a 24-year-old African American man from Johnstown, PA, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2017. Sitton was fatally shot while standing on the sidewalk on Von Lunen Road in Dale Borough. The incident occurred when a car pulled up, and Sitton was speaking to the driver and passenger.
