Damien Staniszewski, a 19-year-old male from Johnstown, PA, tragically died on March 28, 2017. His death was part of a double homicide case involving James Smith, a 32-year-old male. Both victims were believed to have stolen drugs and money from a stash house operated by the East Main Money Gang , an Ohio-based gang. The gang members tracked down Staniszewski and Smith, kidnapped them, and subjected them to severe physical abuse before ultimately shooting them to death in the woods near Ligonier
