On July 17, 2015, Thomas Peebles, a 25-year-old male from Monroeville, PA, was tragically shot and killed in Johnstown, PA. The incident occurred during a drug deal gone wrong at the Solomon Homes housing complex. Peebles had agreed to sell three bricks of heroin to three men from Mount Union and McConnellsburg, PA.
