On a Halloween night in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the life of 28-year-old Darese Coleman was tragically cut short. On October 31, 2018, Coleman was found lying face down in the middle of Beatrice Avenue, in the vicinity of Oakhurst Homes. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:21 p.m. The Black male's death was ruled a homicide by the Cambria County Coroner's Office.
