On January 23, 2023, 41-year-old Marvin Lecon Price was fatally shot in the Moxham section of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. on the 600 block of Park Avenue, where Price was found in the driver's seat of his vehicle, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities quickly ruled his death a homicide.
