Daniel David Burkhardt, a 41-year-old male from Johnstown, PA, tragically died on March 2, 2016. Burkhardt was shot multiple times by Johnstown police officers on Spickler Alley in Johnstown's west end. The incident occurred after police responded to a report of an armed man.
