In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 13, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in the Oakhurst Homes section of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, that cut short the life of Tyrone Williams, a 42-year-old man who was aspiring to a career in law enforcement. Williams, a father and a student at the Johnstown Police Academy, was shot multiple times and succumbed to a fatal wound to his chest.
