Armel Joe, a 26-year-old male from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on May 16, 2020. He was fatally shot in the abdomen during a late-night party at Coopersdale Homes. Joe was transported to Conemaugh Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries due to massive blood loss.
