She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend who was known for her kind and compassionate nature. Mandee was born on May 6, 1983, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and worked as a receptionist at East Hills Engineering Associates. She was also passionate about styling hair at The Beauty Shoppe.
