Edward Elliot West, a 60-year-old male of Black ethnicity from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on April 3, 2022. He was found slumped over against the 3 Reds Tavern with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the tavern, where witnesses reported seeing Arlaya Morris, a 41-year-old woman, following West from the Elks Lodge and shooting him multiple times.
