In the spring of 2022, the life of 60-year-old Edward Elliot West was tragically cut short in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. On the night of April 3rd, West, a Black male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso in the parking lot of the 3 Reds Tavern.

The investigation into West's death quickly led police to a suspect. Witnesses at the scene reported seeing a woman following West from the Elks Lodge to the tavern's parking lot, where the fatal shooting occurred. This woman was iden ...
