Thomas Cody Gibson, a 28-year-old male from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2016. Gibson was fatally shot in what was determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred at his residence, and the investigation revealed that his roommate, Lonnie W. Minerd, was responsible for the shooting.
