Lee Adam Dill, a 33-year-old Caucasian male from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, passed away at his home on January 13, 2020. His death was the result of a murder-suicide perpetrated by his ex-wife.

Authorities reported that Lee Dill died from a single gunshot wound to the head. Investigators believe he was shot while he was sleeping, as there were no signs of a struggle at the scene.
