Yadiel Flecha, 17, male, was fatally shot on the night of Friday, August 22, 2025, in Cleveland's Central neighborhood. Police were called around 9:36 p.m. to the 4200 block of Bohn Road, where officers found the teen inside an apartment with a gunshot wound. Investigators said preliminary information indicated he had been shot outside the building and then brought inside by others before Cleveland EMS transported him to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
