Jamell Reggie Carter, aged 38, from Ehrhardt, South Carolina, was tragically found dead alongside Janis Quintero Natos, aged 35, on January 4, 2019, at Rivers Bridge State Park in Bamberg County. The couple had been reported missing since December 12, 2018, the same day they were last seen at their home in Bamberg. According to Bamberg County Coroner Billy Duncan, both Carter and Natos were shot in the head, and their deaths were ruled as homicides.
