Jordan Neal was a 9-year-old boy from St. Louis, Missouri. He died on May 24, 2025 after being struck by gunfire in what his family and investigators describe as a drive-by shooting. His family has said the shooting appeared random, possibly stemming from a road-rage confrontation.
