In the early evening of January 13, 2026, the life of 36-year-old Julius Rogers was cut short in a burst of gunfire in the Gate District neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The shooting, which occurred around 6:30 p.m. on the 2600 block of Caroline Street, left another man, age 42, critically wounded and fighting for his life.
