Death by Force

Duwan Morgan, a 14-year-old Black male, was at home in the Glasgow Village area of north St. Louis County on the evening of October 8, 2025, playing video games in his bedroom when gunfire erupted outside. Two rounds burst through his bedroom window, and he was struck and killed as his family rushed to him; responders arrived shortly after 6 p.m., but he died at the scene. The St. Louis County Police Department opened a homicide investigation and appealed to the public for tips.
