Felton Millage Jr., a 47-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on August 7, 2014, in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Millage was standing in the driveway of a two-story home on the 500 block of West 74th Street with a group of men when a young man, described as a black male in his early 20s, approached and opened fire.
