In the evening hours of a Wednesday in Brooklyn, a dispute tragically escalated, leaving a young man's life cut short. Ramel Ingram, a 24-year-old male, was just outside his residence on Crooke Avenue in the Flatbush neighborhood, a stone's throw from the verdant expanse of Prospect Park.
