Reginald Renaird Brown Jr., 23, male, was found shot to death around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the Chevron gas station in the 5800 block of Ridgewood Road in Jackson, Mississippi. He was pronounced dead at the scene and was identified by police as the city’s 40th homicide of the year. An obituary later noted he was a Jackson resident and a crew leader at Wendy’s.
