Timothy Lucas, a 14-year-old from Washington Park, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2020, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred in the Baden neighborhood, where Timothy was shot in the chest while walking to a store. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call about a shooting on the 8300 block of North Broadway. Upon arrival, they found Timothy suffering from a gunshot wound.
