Timothy Terrell Williams

In the early morning hours of July 19, 2015, the life of 17-year-old Timothy Terrell Williams, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Responding to a call, emergency services discovered the young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
