On June 3, 2025, 32-year-old Myandre McBride, a male resident of Suitland, was found shot inside an apartment on the 5600 block of Regency Park Court shortly after 12:35 p.m. Officers responding to reports of gunfire discovered McBride and another man with gunshot wounds; McBride died at the scene.
