Franklin Latour Young Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Suitland, Maryland, was tragically found dead on January 19, 2016. The incident occurred in his apartment located in the 4300 block of West Village Avenue, Camp Springs. According to reports, the Prince George's County Police responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. and discovered Young suffering from a gunshot wound inside his apartment.
