J.R. Reid Franklin, a 21-year-old resident of Temple Hills, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2015, in Suitland, Maryland. The incident occurred outside the Bradbury Recreation Center, a popular community spot. According to reports, Franklin was involved in an argument with another young man, whom he knew.
