On a cold Friday evening in Suitland, Maryland, on January 15, 2021, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Robert Michael Cooper III, a 21-year-old male from Clinton, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 2300 block of Brooks Drive. Prince George's County police officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 6:35 p.m. and discovered Cooper outside with a gunshot wound.
