On February 24, 2021, 15-year-old Rhyce Wingate-Bey was tragically shot and killed in Suitland, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 4400 block of Arnold Road just before 5:30 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Wingate-Bey suffering from gunshot wounds.
