Robin Kaye Tillery, a 65-year-old woman from Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost her life on March 24, 2024. The incident occurred in the 3800 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard, where police responded to reports of gunfire just before 10 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tillery shot to death at the scene.
