Donald Ray Goodman, age 35, was last seen on the afternoon of July 25, 1993, in Topeka, Kansas. He was spotted riding his bicycle through Gage Park around 3:30 p.m. Goodman, who suffered from mental disabilities and required medication to control seizures, did not have his medication with him when he disappeared.
