Willard Thomas Marks, age 55, was last seen on July 10, 2005, in Topeka, Kansas. He was spotted by police while hitchhiking and was dropped off at the intersection of 6th Street and Croco Road. Marks, who had a history of mental illness, was under the care of Valeo Behavioral Health, and his caseworker reported him missing in October 2005 after not hearing from him for several months.
