In the early afternoon of a Tuesday in Minneapolis, a dispute between two men inside the bustling Chicago & Lake Transit Center took a fatal turn. The argument escalated quickly, and one of the men drew a handgun, firing multiple shots. The victim was 32-year-old Cartez Montel Clinton, a Black/African American male, who was pronounced dead at the scene on September 2, 2025.
