On the evening of August 25, 2013, a tragic event unfolded in a south Minneapolis alley that claimed the life of 20-year-old Keondray Quantez Wilson. He was one of two men fatally shot while inside a vehicle in the 2600 block of 18th Avenue South. The other victim was identified as 18-year-old De'Von Lovise Burt.

The shooting, which occurred around 8:30 p.m., also left two female passengers, an adult and a teenager, with gunshot wounds that they were expected to survive. When police arriv ...
