James Francis Skarda IV, 35, a male from Dundalk, Maryland, was found shot in the upper body on the afternoon of Monday, July 7, 2025, in the 8200 block of Bullneck Road. Responding officers pronounced him dead at the scene. Police publicly identified him the next day, confirming his age and name.
