Jose Noel Savaria, a 51-year-old resident of Dundalk, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of February 8, 2019. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Portship Road. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots and promptly called 911. When officers and EMS personnel arrived at the scene, they found Savaria lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. Despite their efforts, Savaria was pronounced dead at the scene.
