On a cold February evening in Dundalk, Maryland, the life of 51-year-old Jose Noel Savaria was tragically cut short. On Friday, February 8, 2019, at approximately 8:43 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 1800 block of Portship Road, prompting calls to emergency services. When Baltimore County Police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
