Pedro Rollins, a 39-year-old resident of Dundalk, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2022. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Kelmore Road, where Baltimore County police officers responded to a reported shooting just before 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered that witnesses had already begun transporting Mr. Rollins to a local hospital for treatment. Despite their efforts, Rollins was pronounced dead at the hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
