Pedro Rollins, a 39-year-old man, was shot in broad daylight on April 1, 2022, in Dundalk, Maryland, in the 2000 block of Kelmore Road. Police were called to the neighborhood just before 5:00 p.m. for reports of a shooting, but when officers arrived they learned the scene had already turned frantic. Witnesses, believing every second mattered, had started driving Rollins toward a hospital before police and paramedics could get there.
