Damian Ward, 53, a Black male from Bowie, Maryland, was found fatally shot inside his home in the early morning hours of July 19, 2025. Officers responded around 1:45 a.m. to the 13200 block of Old Chapel Road in the unincorporated section of Bowie, where they discovered Damian Ward with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
