On Monday, June 24, 2024, at approximately 6:35 PM, a tragic incident occurred in the Lake Arbor neighborhood of Bowie, Maryland. Prince George's County police responded to a shooting in the 900 block of Lake Overlook Drive, where they found 17-year-old Re'Sheed Reid lying in the roadway with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Reid was pronounced dead at the scene.
