In the summer of 2025, a quiet street in Lexington, Kentucky, became the scene of a tragic and unsettling event. On the afternoon of July 15th, police were called to a residence in the 1800 block of Darien Drive for a welfare check on an unresponsive person. Inside the home, they discovered the body of 60-year-old Dean Dalrymple, a white male, who had been shot multiple times. The Fayette County Coroner's Office was summoned to the scene and pronounced him dead shortly after their arrival.
