In the spring of 2020, the life of 55-year-old Lowell Anthony Johnson was abruptly cut short in a fatal shooting in Lexington, Kentucky. On the morning of Wednesday, May 27th, officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Augusta Drive around 9:30 a.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Johnson suffering from a gunshot wound.
