In the winter of 2016, the life of 23-year-old Timothy Allen Brown Jr., a male resident of Lexington, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. On the evening of January 12, Brown was discovered in a car in the parking lot of a McDonald's at the intersection of Russell Cave and New Circle roads.
