Dontae Anthony Lewis, a 29-year-old Black/African American male, was found shot on the afternoon of July 5, 2025, along the 1300 block of Fall Creek Parkway East Drive near Ensign Graham Edward Martin Park on Indianapolis’s near northwest side.
