On a Tuesday morning in the summer of 2005, a violent encounter in a Las Vegas casino parking lot tragically ended the life of 68-year-old Julie Miller, a Caucasian female. On August 23rd, she and her husband, Ronald Miller, were in their Mitsubishi SUV, preparing to valet park at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino when their lives were irrevocably altered.
